If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

We are unable to accept items back that show any sign of use or wear. 

All items must be returned:

- In brand new, unused, perfect, resalable condition.

- With all original tags still attached and intact.

- In their original polybag. 

We reserve the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.

Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive your return for processing, although we aim to process within 5-7.

Only items that have been purchased directly from aersf.co.uk can be returned to us.

Items returned must correspond with the product supplied under the relevant order. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the returned item does not match our dispatch records or product identification details.

Where an item not supplied under the order is returned to us, the item will remain the property of the sender and can be returned to them once the applicable postage costs have been covered.
