If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

We are unable to accept items back that show any sign of use or wear. 

All items must be returned:

- In brand new, unused, perfect, resalable condition.

- With all original tags still attached and intact.

- In their original polybag. 

We reserve the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.

Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive your return for processing, although we aim to process within 5-7.

Only items that have been purchased directly from www.aersf.co.uk can be returned to us. 

If you'd like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.

Please note: we do not offer Free Returns.

This promotion ran from 24th November to 1st December 2025 only.

Our Regular 14 Day Return Policy applies to all purchases made during this time and are not applicable for extended holiday returns.

We are unable to apply the Black Friday promotional discount to any future purchases made after 1st December 2025.

We can not exchange discounted items or apply any promotional discount to restocked / in stock items.

Items purchased from 2nd December onwards can be returned up until 7th January.

If all of the above conditions are met, we will send you a Returns Form to print, sign and include with your Return. This is for admin purposes only and will ensure your return is processed quickly and efficiently.
