In accordance with the UK & EU Trade Agreement, customers living within the EU will be charged 0% UK VAT on purchases. At checkout, all prices will have UK VAT at 20% removed.

Orders under €150 including delivery, will have your destination's Tax added at checkout. This will be paid directly to your local customs office via Aer. No additional duties, taxes or service charges will be required on arrival.

Orders over €150 including delivery will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service. This means that no taxes or duty charges will be added at checkout but you will be required to pay these directly before arrival. After your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email from your local customs office with an invoice. This will have any relevant VAT, duty and admin charges requested to be paid in advance of your goods being delivered. After payment, your shipment will be cleared and delivered. Please make sure to check any Junk mail folders to ensure this email is not missed. 

If an order is returned to us due to failure or refusal to pay customs charges, the cost of the return shipping (in addition to the initial shipping fee) will be deducted from the refund.
